First, we will check the current state of your element by knowing your own sleep tendencies. Spa treatments will lead you to "true health and sleep" by approaching the stomach. The treatment includes a technique called Anpuku, which is an ancient Japanese method of adjusting the whole body, and a treatment to warm the stomach with a lava plate that feels the energy of Mt.
