A kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese) meal featuring colorful seasonal ingredients and highlighting their natural flavors. This is our standard plan, including the "Shakunage" course of Japanese kaiseki cuisine. Meals are served in the tranquil Japanese restaurant, "Tsutsuji no Chaya." The name "Tsutsuji no Chaya" comes from the name of the tea room that Baron Iwasaki established on this site during the time it was his villa. The traditional Japanese flavors that this mountain hotel has preserved are dishes that embody the thoughtfulness and hospitality characteristic of a classic hotel.
