The Western breakfast menu also includes main dishes such as [Colorful Vegetable Palette] or [Miso-Marinated Bacon Salad] that utilizes the ingenuity of French Japonais. [Colorful Vegetable Palette] is a vegetable feast that uses hot and cold sauces to make the most of seasonal vegetables, such as steamed and grilled root vegetables, dishes stewed with bouillon and aromatic vegetables, and other seasonal vegetables that have been cooked in the best way to bring out their unique flavors. This is the menu. French Japonais is made with Japanese vegetables that are not used in France, and a sauce based on aromatic vegetables with soy sauce as a hidden ingredient. The chef's desire is to let you fully enjoy the flavor of the vegetables themselves. After breakfast, why not take a walk in the hotel garden?
