This is a summer-only special Hatsuhana Kaiseki plan using conger eel. This dish is packed with elements that can be enjoyed with all five senses, such as the delicate flavor and texture of the conger eel and the beauty of the tableware. Please enjoy the luxurious taste of summer. [Summer-only "Conger eel Kaiseki" course, one night stay with two meals included] 〇This plan is available only from June 17, 2024 to August 9, 2024. 〇Check-in from 15:00 〇Check-out until 11:00 〇Both dinner and breakfast will be served at "Dining Hanaemi". *The dining room is basically set up for four people, but there are two private rooms that can accommodate up to ten people. Please note that for groups of five or more, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. 〇We have four private baths with different themes. Operating hours: 15:30-23:00, 8:00-10:30 Usage time: 45 minutes Usage fee: Free *We accept reservations in advance for customers who wish to use the service. Please let us know your desired time. No smoking in the entire building: If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking room on the 6th floor. Meals ■Dinner■ A special kaiseki meal using conger eel is available only during the summer. Dinner time: Starts at 17:30/18:00/18:30/19:00/19:30 Breakfast: You can choose between a Japanese breakfast or a Western breakfast. Breakfast time: Starts at 7:30/8:00/8:30/9:00 In order to contribute to the problem of plastic waste, Hatsuhana does not provide the following guest room amenities: toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, hairbrushes, and hair ties.
